Agile is an effective framework that’s transforming how organisations operate and deliver value to their customers. With the demand for Agile professionals growing, this course will provide you with the skills to successfully manage digital projects by employing the Agile mindset, tools, and processes. Agile methods integrate planning with execution, allowing an organisation to create a working mindset that helps a team respond effectively to changing requirements.

Course Overview
Learn more about our Agile For Project Management course in the video below.
More companies are moving to agile from a traditional project methodology because the focus is on delivering value. Larger enterprise or more traditional companies are realizing that they also need to be a bit more customer focused they also need to be a bit more adaptive if they're going to keep their market share.
The difference between a traditional project manager to an agile project manager is you're part of the team and you're part of the group that makes it work. You're not the leader, you're the direct driver of the team so you have to be really like adaptable, flexible, responsive you really got to move with the flow in the information that's coming to you you can't be rigid otherwise the team would just speak well.
One of the things that I think is really exciting is companies that are taking on the agile mindset so that they can actually start changing how they think, and how they do my role and my understanding and our collective understanding of agile is going to become more and more important in the future
