Please note: discounts do not apply to all short courses. Proof must be provided at time of enrolment for discount to be applied. Please check with us to determine if you and your course are eligible for a discount.

Short course enrolment process

After completing your enrolment for a short course, you will be issued with a tax invoice that doubles as your Booking Confirmation. This Booking Confirmation confirms the course, date and fee paid—you will need to check this to ensure all details, including your name, are correct. Approximately one week prior to the scheduled course commencement, you will receive further communication from us. This will usually be to confirm course details such as where the course is to be held, your lecturer, materials provided and items you need to bring along to class.

Single course application process

For single courses that do not require University approval, once your application, payment and any other proof is submitted, you will be issued with a tax invoice that doubles as your Booking Confirmation—you will need to check this to ensure all details are correct, including your name as it will appear as is on your Result Statement.

For single courses that require University approval, we will contact you to advise you of the decision. Where prerequisites apply, you may need to provide evidence of prerequisite satisfaction. A payment needs to be made once your application has been approved, and only then is your enrolment confirmed. You will be issued with a Tax Invoice which doubles as a Booking Confirmation—you will need to check this to ensure all details are correct, including your name as it will appear as is on your Result Statement.
