Criminal Justice Systems

Overview

In this course, you will critique the foundational concepts, theories and approaches which underpin the justice sector including the three arms of the criminal justice system: law enforcement, adjudication, and corrective services. You will investigate services to minority groups as well as those over-represented in the justice systems. You will also consider and critically analyse policy development and implementation as it applies innovative justice approaches to improve client outcomes.
