This course will help to improve your business writing skills and enhance the effectiveness of your emails and reports.

This one-day workshop helps you write business documents that achieve results and present a professional image.

You will learn the 5-stage writing process, the principles of clear writing and how to structure documents for maximum impact. This practical workshop explores common business forms, such as emails, letters, memos, proposals and reports.

Course facilitator: Amy Middleton

Amy Middleton is a Melbourne-based journalist and founding editor of Archer Magazine, a UN-award winning magazine on sexuality and gender. Amy has written and edited for publications including Australian Geographic, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, Junkee, Meanjin, The Big Issue, Cosmos and The Bulletin.
