While leading the strategy, design, and execution of new and existing products, how do you optimise your value chain and maximise your investment through data-driven decisions at an advanced level?
Our Advanced Product Manager course will equip you with robust professional skills in product innovation, lifecycle management, commercial acumen, product economics, and data-driven decisions. You will learn to develop and justify a business case and commercial model, produce and present data visualisations to show key insights and explain your strategic decisions, coordinate a process to generate ideas, gather feedback and ideate product solutions as well as develop a strategy to support the product through its lifecycle.
This course has been built with leading industry partners REA, Concentrix Catalyst and Telstra so you can feel confident that what you’re studying is best practice and aligned with the desired skillset in the industry.
Our Advanced Product Management course is ideal for:
- Existing product managers focused on development and deployment looking to drive strategic and commercial decisions, nurture internal innovation, and transition into a senior product role.
- Strategic leaders and business founders looking to build product thinking and commercial acumen skills to drive innovation, maximise return on investment, and create long-term business value
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Develop and justify a business case to support product recommendations

- Investigate and suggest a process to generate ideas, gather feedback and ideate product solutions with stakeholders.
You’ll get the opportunity to bring your own product and complete a detailed business and product strategy, with an optimised data and financial model as part of your final project.
If you have less experience in or are seeking an in-depth end-to-end understanding of product management, we recommend taking our Product Management Fundamentals course first.
This course can be taken as standalone but has been designed to be taken as part of a two-course Product Management bundle (with a saving of 10% across both courses). For a more comprehensive understanding of Product Management, we recommend that you also complete Product Management Fundamentals)

Many of our customers were undertaking digital transformations and I often found myself sitting in meetings with Chief Marketing Officers, Chief, Information Officers, CEOs not really understanding what they were talking about so I really wanted to get a feel for exactly what was going on so that, not only could I lead my team more effectively, but actually could sit in some of these meetings and have a meaningful conversation with some of these clients
