Managing Risk Part 1: Risk Analysis and Management

Risk is part of every project, operation and decision, and in high-reliability industries, being able to manage it confidently is essential. This course, designed in partnership with the Safety Academy by Qantas Group and RMIT Aviation Academy, introduces you to the core frameworks and tools that underpin effective risk management.

• Develop a risk management plan using a systematic approach that incorporates hazard identification, risk assessment and stakeholder-informed decision-making.
