Agile is a highly effective framework that’s transforming the way organisations operate and deliver value to their customers. This course explores the techniques needed to run, and ensure the success, of Agile projects and supports you in real life applications of Agile working practices. Master the techniques to run Agile projects and teams. Manage sprints, stand-ups and Scrums, and foster continuous improvement by designing effective project retrospectives. Make ‘lean thinking’ your best friend, and make projects hum. Identify key difference between traditional and Agile business, design and implement relevant visual management techniques. This course has been built with leading industry partners REA and Slack so you can feel confident that what you’re studying is best practice and aligned with the desired skillset in the industry.
Our Digital Delivery with Agile course is ideal for:
- Junior-mid level consultants and those looking to start their journey in Agile and apply their skill set to their everyday roles.
- Anyone working in Agile teams or looking to deliver projects through Agile.
By the end of this course you'll be able to:
- Assess the gaps between your current Agile ability and your desired ability, and predict what would be required to progress the organisation to your desired level of Agile fluency
- Design and run an experiment to implement an Agile working practice in your team
- Evaluate metrics to assess the success of planned Agile experiments, assess its effect and interpret the results of the metrics
- Appraise the change impacts that will require management using the Heart of Agile framework.
As part of this course, you will explore the strategic mindset and principles of Agile to produce one final project. You will present your findings, plan and develop recommendations for closing the gaps between your organisation's current and desired Agile fluency.
This course can be taken as standalone but has been designed to be taken as part of a two-course Agile Delivery and Project Management bundle (with a saving of 10% across both courses). For a more comprehensive understanding of Agile Delivery and Project Management, we recommend that you also complete Agile for Project Management
